30 students and two teachers from Jyonouchi High School in Tokushima, Japan and their guides have joined us, participating in special English lessons, visiting local classes and enjoying other cultural activities.  They've enjoyed learning about Australian sports, cooking traditional Anzac cookies, making key rings in manual arts and Indigenous painting.  Gordonvale students were treated to some great cultural exchanges, learning about Japanese calligraphy, traditional Japanese games and origami.
This has been a great opportunity for Gordonvale and Jyonouchi students to experience a different culture and foster good relationships between our two schools and our countries
