Welcome to Gordonvale State High School

Gordonvale State High School is a moderately sized high school of just over 850 students.  We have a proud tradition of providing high quality educational opportunities across academic, sporting, cultural and citizenship areas. Our vision is for all of our students to reach their true potential, to achieve their individual goals and to make a positive contribution to their communities. 

Gordonvale State High School offers a rich curriculum program that values and promotes each student’s right to experience success, while at the same time encouraging each student to be responsible, respectful, motivated and confident.  The school environment is friendly, supportive and well-ordered with an emphasis on the four strong values of Respect, Quality, Safety and Honesty.
