1. Condition and Inspection of Goods:
All equipment is offered on an “as is" basis only and can be inspected by arrangement with the Business Manager. Please call (07) 4043 3222 to organise a suitable time.
2. Collection:
The collection of the equipment will be borne by the buyer. All equipment must be collected by 4pm on Friday 5th December 2025.
3. Action:
Tenders submitted must include:
- Tender price
- Name, address, email and telephone number of person(s) submitting tender
- The tenderer submission is to disclose any interests or links with departmental employees.
The tender must be emailed to the Business Manager with the subject line CONFIDENTIAL – offer for equipment – bsm@gordonvalehigh.eq.edu.au
4. Due Date:
The tender must reach the office of Gordonvale State High School by 3.00pm on Friday 28th November 2025.
5. Gordonvale State High School reserves the right not to accept the tender
6. Department of Education and Training reserves the right not to accept a tender, and may set a reserve price. Whilst all care has been taken, the Department of Education disclaims all liability for loss or damage to person or property arising from the removal and subsequent use of any item for tender. Any and all utility services, above and underground are clearly marked and all care should be taken by remover to avoid these.
7. No warranties or backup service is available, either implied or stated. Gordonvale State High School cannot and will not provide any support either by way of parts or expertise after item has been removed from the school.
